Born from lived experience
Reggie Care Services was founded with a simple but powerful belief — that every person living with a disability deserves support that is safe, dignified, and truly person-centred. Our founder, a veteran of the Australian Defence Force, experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating complex care systems and was determined to build something better.
What started as a small team of passionate support workers has grown into a trusted NDIS provider serving Melbourne's Northern and Western suburbs. Every decision we make is guided by our participants' goals, not by what's easiest for us.
